Geography

Germania is a narrow winding state bordered by Siberia to its north, the Alps to its south, the Mediterranean Sea to its east - and The Soviet Union to its west. Its environment benefits greatly from its relativity to the Siberian mountains - because of the freshwater that flows down from them keeping Germania ripe with foliage and vegetation - so local agriculture is also a major industry.

History

After being under Egyptian rule for more than 450 years, Germania adopted a dictatorship itself. An overpopulated nation with more than seventy million people sharing less than forty thousand square miles the nation greatly depends on the agricultural health of its crowded state. The overpopulation began after prisoners of the Pharaoh started returning from Egypt; at least 9 million returned from captivity there. A dictator named Maximilian Ottenheimer created a lottery that took place yearly in which 1 out of every 100 refugee families had to forfeit a member of its home to be euthanized; with the shortage of water there was no choice.
